Regulations

ADMISSION:

Enrollment at Bangladesh Foreign Language Club entails contractual agreement to adhere to established rules and regulations set forth by the institution.

  • BDFLC retains the authority to modify these rules and regulations as deemed necessary, with or without prior notification to enrolled students.
  • Admission is granted on a prioritized basis, with preference given to individuals who enroll earliest.
  • Securing admission requires the submission of payment in full.
  • New students aiming to join classes beyond the A1 level or returning after an absence of more than six months must undergo a placement test to determine the appropriate class level.
  • Requests for transferring between classes are accommodated solely before the start of the class and contingent upon availability of vacant seats in the desired class.
  • Class schedules, fees, and related details are subject to change at the discretion of BDFLC, without prior notice to students.
  • BDFLC reserves the right to restructure, consolidate, or cancel classes based on administrative requirements or other considerations.
  • Late admission into a specific class may be accommodated only if no more than two classes have been conducted since the start of the term.

GENERAL RULES:

  • Minimum attendance of 50% required for mock test eligibility.
  • Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the quotation email; failure to do so may result in registration cancellation at the discretion of BDFLC.
  • No refund policy in place.

ASSESSMENT:

  • Passing all mock tests (with a score of ≥50%) is mandatory for admission to the next session/level.
  • Students seeking re-admission due to irregularities in their assigned session must pay again to continue with a new batch.
