This is the first intermediate-level book in the Minna no Nihongo series, designed to bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate Japanese. It develops the four major language skills—speaking, listening, reading and writing—through 12 lessons. Each lesson combines grammar and practice, speaking/listening activities, reading/writing activities, and review exercises. It is particularly useful for learners who have completed Minna no Nihongo Beginner I & II and want to develop practical intermediate Japanese.
